Last Updated: October 26, 2024

1. Service Usage

Welcome to Continental Travel. By accessing or using our website, services, applications, and tools (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services and book travel arrangements. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the booking process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Services and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Services or a third-party service.

2. Booking Terms

Continental Travel acts as an agent for third-party travel suppliers, such as airlines, hotels, tour operators, and car rental companies. We do not own, operate, or control these suppliers. Therefore, your bookings are subject to the terms and conditions, including cancellation policies, imposed by these suppliers.

Prices quoted are subject to change until the booking is confirmed and payment is received in full. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors or omissions. In the event of a pricing error, we will offer you the opportunity to keep your pending reservation at the correct price or cancel it without penalty.

Travel documents, including e-tickets and itineraries, will be issued upon receipt of full payment. It is your responsibility to review all travel documents immediately upon receipt and notify us of any discrepancies.

3. Cancellations & Modifications

Cancellation policies vary depending on the travel supplier and the specific fare or rate rules associated with your booking. Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled or modified without penalty.

If you need to cancel or modify a booking, you must contact Continental Travel as soon as possible. We will assist you in navigating the supplier's cancellation process, but we cannot guarantee that refunds or modifications will be permitted.

Continental Travel may charge a service fee for processing cancellations or modifications, in addition to any fees charged by the travel supplier. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect your investment in case of unforeseen circumstances.

4. Liability & Disclaimers

Continental Travel shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, damage, or any special, exemplary, punitive, indirect, incidental or consequential damages of any kind (including, but not limited to lost profits or lost savings), whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, which arises out of or is in any way connected with the use of our Services or any failure or delay by us or any travel supplier.

We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided by travel suppliers or displayed on our website. The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

It is your responsibility to ensure you possess the necessary travel documents, such as passports, visas, and health certificates, required for your journey. Continental Travel assumes no responsibility for denied entry or delays resulting from inadequate documentation.
